How is it? The number of people playing BC2 over MW2 is impressive...yet I still see R33P and Sonik playing MW2 most of the time. I'll buy it if there are shockrifles and you can dodge....or when I decide to unhook my PC from my TV.

I haven't played much. All I have done is play some of the single player and it was rather enjoyable. I haven't played any multiplayer cause for some reason i am unable to find any servers. It just searches and comes up with nothing. I have to do some research and try to figure it out.

yeah first 2 days were server fucked and i have not had a chance to jump since then. Kind of a lamer they released it like that but there was a lot of hype around that game so a major fuck ton of people were there for launch.

Based on the numbers and reviews that is an accurate measurement of current activity as well.

I played some yesteday evening and while it is very different from cod it was very smooth. Seams they have it ironed out and i had a good time.

Just tried to play Battlefield and i can not connect to the EA master server. Oh and i remember now it was Blitz that was buying my fiction on IRC.

That is the same problem I had. The only way i was able to fix it was to uninstall PB and make sure I had the up to date BC2 files.

From what i've read they are in the process of upgrading their hardware. They are a bit overwhelmed by the response to the game on all platforms.

I bought the game via digital download. I went back to the EA Downloader and found a patch for BC2. That could be what fixed it for me as well. Since i did the PB and update I have had no issues finding servers.
