I preordered for march 2 from steam. Preorders get entrance to the Beta that starts on the 28th of this month almost right up to the release date. Would like to see some familiar faces in game. Its always had a large community and are loads of fun to play. Check out this video

Many more on the page as well. Normally i dont play alot of military shooters. Battlefield 2 and 2142 however were always the most fun squad combat i have ever played. Hope to see you guys there.

I may be game for that one. I was big into BF1942 and BF2. My gaming time is slowly dwindling with a baby on the way, so you may see me for a bit and then you won't see me for a while!

Congrats man. We're expecting at the end of April. We've got a ton of the baby stuff already, but we've still got to pain the baby's room, and get a few other things like a crib.

I'll be checking out the free demo on xbox and buying it for PC if I like it.

The room should not be filled with too much pain. We expect late September.

After getting over the initial: "WTF WHO'S KILLING ME??!?!" aspect, I definently enjoy BC2.
It took me awhile to get used to as I haven't played that kind (CoD / BF) of FPS in awhile, but after 2 games I was into it. I do hope they release a game day patch to fix all the annoyances though (friends list is spotty, why can i see other people's health but not my own?).
Currently, there are some other UT2k4 weapons players playing BC2: Video, Zax, and Terr0r.
